P.P.S. Carolyn wrote The Tale of Finegan Patches after studying abroad in Spain last year, traipsing around Europe and exploring the ruins of abandoned castles and churches. She published it just days before entering a Dominican convent as a postulant at the age of nineteen — one final story written for her younger siblings who love adventures.
